The First Bluebonnets of 2012!

Seen on FM2241 about 3 miles west of the Bluffton Store on February 13, 2012!
Picture taken by cyclists who saw their first Bluebonnets of 2012 on the shoulder of FM2241 on February 13th! Cyclists, who get the best look at the shoulders of our area roads, report that there are lots of Bluebonnet plants in various stages of growth this year. If we keep getting a little rain, this looks to be a very good wildflower season.

A great wildflower route for cyclists or motorists!
