I hereby make application for membership in the Lake Buchanan/Inks Lake Chamber of Commerce and will abide by the by-laws as they are now constituted, or as they may be hereafter amended. I will support the Chamber's objectives and interests, and pay my annual dues as set forth by the Board of Directors. I understand that after one year of good standing as a Chamber member, service opportunities as a Chamber Ambassador or Director on the Board may be available. It is further agreed that this membership is continuous unless cancelled in writing or if the Member becomes delinquent in dues. I understand that all Members are billed annually, on or around the 15th of January each year, with a second notice sent if necessary.
I understand that the Lake Buchanan/Inks Lake Chamber of Commerce will review my application and vote to grant my Membership at the next Board Meeting, on the third Thursday of each month. I understand that the Lake Buchanan/Inks Lake Chamber of Commerce agrees to promote the Members of the Chamber equally and without prejudice. I understand it is the responsibility of the Member to provide and replenish all business information physically in the Visitor Center. I understand it is the Member's responsibility to keep the Chamber informed of any business or individual needs, areas of support, marketing, and business information.
