I hereby make application for membership in the Lake Buchanan / Inks Lake Chamber of Commerce, and will abide by the by-laws as they are now constituted, or as they may be hereafter amended, support its objectives and interest, and pay annual dues as set forth by the bard of Directors. It is further agreed that this membership is continuous unless cancelled in writing, or should the member become delinquent in dues by thirty (30) days. Members are billed annually, with second notices sent if necessary and then a ten (10) day letter of membership removal.
If not acknowledged, membership will be dropped.
